“Transforming Businesses With Technology, Strategy & Clarity”
Senior IT transformation and M&A integration expertise for Pharma, Life Sciences and Chemical companies — without the Big 4 overhead, junior consultants, or open-ended engagements.
Three patterns that repeat across Pharma and Chemical companies — and why the traditional consulting model cannot solve them.
The senior partner sells the project. A 26-year-old delivers it. By the time you notice the gap, you’ve paid for both. The result is a polished presentation, not a solved problem.
IT runs on its own roadmap. Your business runs on another. When M&A happens or transformation is needed, both sides pull in different directions — and value is lost in the gap.
Most consultants build projects that require more consulting. The engagement never fully closes. Your team is no more capable at the end than it was at the beginning.
I spent over two decades leading IT transformations, M&A integrations, and strategic infrastructure programmes inside one of the world’s largest healthcare companies — managing teams of up to 200 people across more than 50 countries.
In 2025, I founded Change IT Now to bring that same senior expertise directly to Pharma, Life Sciences and Chemical companies — without the overhead, the juniors, or the endless engagement cycles that define the Big 4 model.
My background is unusual: I studied Biology and Bioinformatics before spending my career at the intersection of science and technology. I speak the language of your scientific teams, your compliance officers, and your C-suite. That breadth is what makes transformation actually stick.

End-to-end IT analysis through stakeholder interviews and employee surveys. Developed guiding principles to align IT strategy with business goals. Defined a transformation roadmap covering organisation, sourcing, processes and technology — including LIMS, ERP, MES, CRM, HR and QM systems. Executed two M&A integrations and two due diligence projects in parallel. Implemented CRM across all business units and established a managed IT project portfolio.
Structured the complete carve-out concept for a chemical industry client separating a business unit into a standalone entity. Defined all IT separation activities, transformation plan and communication strategy. Presented the full concept in an onsite workshop for management handover — ensuring the internal team could execute independently from day one.
Led the transformation and communication workstream within a large RFP to offshore 220 MedTech development resources. Built and aligned the transformation concept with multiple teams. Produced resource ramp-up planning, knowledge transfer protocols and handover documentation. Created the complete project plan including effort estimation. Presented directly to the customer in an onsite meeting.
Aligned cloud strategy and budget at C-level. Led full Microsoft Azure cloud migration including landing zone preparation and Kubernetes environment setup. Led global workplace transformation — standardising devices and procurement across all markets. Introduced cloud printing across locations. Managed ServiceNow CMDB rollout across 50+ countries as foundation for AI-driven infrastructure management.
I don’t hand off to a team. I don’t write reports and disappear. I stay until the work is done, your team is capable, and the project can stand on its own.
I map your IT landscape against your business goals. Stakeholder interviews, process analysis, risk identification. In weeks, not months.
A clear roadmap with defined scope, realistic timelines, and honest cost estimates. No scope creep. No open-ended commitments.
I lead the execution personally. Senior judgment at every decision point. Your team works alongside me — not as observers, but as participants.
I leave when your team can run it without me. Full documentation, capability transfer, and a clean close. No dependency. No retainer.
A 20-minute conversation costs nothing. If there’s no fit, I’ll tell you directly. If there is — we’ll know within the first call.
